I love Aperion Care in Vincennes! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Management takes their time with residents and families. Improvements to the building are great and make the building have a brighter, open look. Patients in Memory Care get spoiled with personalized care staff. I was in last week and they were getting manicures!

Something needs to be done about the management at this facility! The elderly deserve to be cared for more effectively, and when you have one cna and one nurse for 3 hallways; there's no way All of the residents can be cared for properly. My dad has been there for a few months, but hopefully not much longer. Just sad

Would have picked 0 stars if it were an option. This place is ridiculous. My uncle was here. The following is a recap of what I saw and reported. Nothing ever changed.<br>Food is horrible. Patients are neglected and not tended to on a consistent basis. No hot water available for bathing. There are some good loving staff members, but they are overworked and underpaid. Not enough staff on night time shift to safely and appropriately care for patients. Management is a joke!
