One star doesn’t even begin to describe this service at this hospital. Went to the er with mother In law. Was here for 4 hours for fluids, labs, and urine check. Came back as nothing was wrong with her. While here waiting there was blood that was not hers on the floor. Hit the call light and was told someone would be here shortly. 20 mins later someone came in. I would not take my dying dog to this er!

I can't believe how hard it is to pay a bill or speak with a human. I have started to drive to Albia because of such poor service.

Professional and caring staff, clean modern facility, offers free water, & phone charging station. I was quickly processed and seen by a nurse within 15 minutes! Nurse and drs were attentive, and I took their time to walk me through the process and all details thoroughly. I didn't need labs. They said they were optional, which was very important to me. I will be returning and would highly recommend them.<br>I know pain is scary, but it's always good to remember to be humble, patient, and respectful, and you will be treated with the same in return. God Bless and may blessings flow 🙏 ✨️ 🙌

I think I'd try my luck with God before I come back here, I've been several time and got accused of being a drug addict because I had thc in my pee everytime nothing gets done and I ask to leave because they don't care or do anything same story with my gf who's here rn we were seen twice in 3 hours and never got much as well as there's nothing wrong with her even though shes got several problems that they didnt do anything about we also waited 8 minutes for are call light to be answered like what if she or anyone else was dying nobody even checked... I hate this place and I owe them way to much money for not even subpar care

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
