I have never done your survey before. My sister has been on the second floor for about 2 yrs. Every time i visited her she was in bed from the night before with her breakfast tray in front of her not touched. I tried to be there once a week. I would have to get an aide to change her and get her dressed. This was after 11am. She cried or slept all the time. I cried every time on the way home. I could go on but wonβt. Well she was moved downstairs for the last month and today i made a visit. My sister was happy bright eyed and friendly. She is stimulated. She draws, paints, and plays games. I have to give the credit to Lillian which i met. She talked to me about what she has plans for the patients. I found her so carry educated on demetia patients and Energized She was feeding patient. Talking to them and sharing. It was great to watch what a gift she has. This time driving home i shed a tear of happiness. My sister doesnβt know me but she tells me how much she loves me. To have your mind go is horrible to watch but as Lillian Said you can stimulate the other part. Of the brain. Great choice in hiring her. My sister actually painted that pictureπ Thank you

My mom has been a resident for years, and I'm very satisfied with her care. The staff are lovely and kind and the place is always clean when I visit -- even on Christmas Day when I know they are short staffed.

Terrible... Nurses are rushed and have no time to really do patient care and administration is more concerned about policies than providing a good experience for the patient and care. example....refuse to let outside medical equipment in to assist the patients overall outcome. BAD care all around!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data β the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting β
