Reviews from EMPLOYEES shouldn’t be allowed. Kith is a JOKE & should have BEEN shut down. They don’t thoroughly investigate anything. The case worker over my family members is NEVER available. ALEXIS. The case worker? Idk why she’s a case worker honestly. Her attitude is very much rude. She didn’t want to talk to me and refused to give my family the phone so now I’m playing “pass the phone around” 40 minutes later. She’s telling the receptionist to tell me she’s stepped out the building, but when I spoke to another employee, she was looking right at her. Smh The director Dotty. . Proved she knows NOTHING about the process of anything. & admitted it. She will lie to you to get you off the phone. (Exactly what she did to me) She admitted that she GUESSED information about my family when asked. She got Managers involved to confirm the incorrect info and then when it was time for accountability- she changed everything she originally stated not knowing all calls are recorded. 🥱 Interacting with the staff there is very draining. You can ONLY TRUST the manager Lashawn, a nurse Ms Trina & Mo but they can only do so much themselves. I have my family on record in her right mind answering every single question they ask yet they got her as incompetent & refuse to re-evaluate. Something weird is going on. Save your money AND family if you can. We’ve waisted time and money with this facility DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO KITH HAVEN. I know it’s the cheapest but nah this NOT it.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Kith Haven. I had an elderly lady tell me they took very good care of her. It seems to me that if that is the case, the staff must be polite and informative and the attention to professionalism was noticeably more than she could have imagined. When I have to make the decision to place my mother, it will be at Kith Haven.
