  Yes. The place is clean and the people are doing what they can with the understaffed situation. We visited a patient on Saturday, Sunday AND Monday. NOBODY questioned our presence there. This is DANGEROUS! There is a sign-in book by the front door. WHO CARES. They need to have the front door LOCKED with a buzzer so someone has to come to the door and let them in and make them sign the register after they validate who they are. Anyone off the street can come in and do what they want including molesting or harming the patients. When you place a call NOBODY on the weekend answers the phone. Finally found out that each room has a phone with an individual phone number. The people are being taken care of as far as I can tell. They need to TIGHTEN SECURITY and especially on the weekends when there is nobody in charge at the front desk. I've been in numerous homes like this and NONE of them have and unguarded, un-monitored unsecured front door at anytime. They are asking for a potential LAWSUIT if they don't rectify this situation.<br><br>Just talked to a patient that I read the review to and she asked, "Well, what about the people that have to go outside to smoke?" I told her, if you are outside smoking and someone just walks in the door are you going to ask them to sign the register and how do you know they are someone that needs to be there. I said when you are outside smoking, and you get done, Just push the button,

  Ahahahahha good luck I would not even give it one star, honestly. Be prepared to have hidden camera put in your room without authorization

  I was there in 2021 for Rehab and on the T.C.U. and I had a issue with only 1 or 2 staff there and Marylou took care the staff issue really quick..otherwise all the staff were very caring and loving there.. Marylou, is my most favorite social worker in the world!!! "I LOVE YOU & MISS YOU Marylou!!" Would I come back if Rehab was needed? HECK YEAH!!

  The Estates at Twin Rivers is an excellent facility with a great staff that goes above and beyond to care for the residents to make sure their needs are met. Management does a wonderful job keeping the facility running smoothly and provides high quality customer service for residents and their families! The nurses provide great care for the residents, I would highly recommend choosing Twin Rivers!
