Very knowledgeable in what your looking for in a farm setting but the one thing I wish they had was more display models. We are hoping we picked the right model after looking at an exact set up of another brand at another site. Will update after home comes.

Dave is extremely enjoyable to work with, he knows these houses, the building process and cost of different options inside and out! He believes in and practices total honesty throughout the planning phases and never tried to sell us into something we didn't want, and was upfront about the drawbacks of some things we thought we wanted so we made informed choices. We definitely recommend working with him to design and build your modular home!
