Don't bring your loved one here. Anyone that speaks up on your loved ones behalf gets kicked out for a year trespassed for using your voice and advocating for the one that you love. My dad was stuck here often I would go see him and he would be in his bed wet and cold. I would ask for help and it would take 2 hours before somebody would come in and change him. if you went to find somebody again then you were considered a problem and kicked out of the facility. The nurses have no idea who their patients are if they're sick or not because you're not checking it takes the person who's visiting to know their loved one to know when something is off with them probably a sickness which requires hospitalization. Often we would have to let them know when our father was sick and advocate for him to get into the hospital and each and every time he was sick with something. If you decide to go here as long as you're visiting the person daily then you can stay on top of what's going on but if you advocate too much the workers make you the problem. When really it is the care.

My brother was admitted in August. The staff is nice. My thing is, as much as it is to stay there, the food would be a lot better. I've observed a few dishes served. Not appetizing at all. My brother hates it so I have to bring him something to make sure he eats.

One star because there is no other option. The memory care unit is horrible. If we didn’t have a family member over to see my father every day or every other day along with a hospice nurse visiting in between, I can’t image the shape we would’ve found him in. Staff would hide in the dining room vs helping residents. I’d find my dad soaked in pee because no one had brought him to the bathroom or changed him. If he didn’t get up for dinner he would be left in his room and maybe he would get his food or maybe not, with no assistance. How you are still in business is beyond me! The only staff members that were good, the woman who cleans the rooms (who always advocated for the residents) and the music staff. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
