This place is not good. Went to the walk in clinic, wait wasn’t too long. Once in the examining room the doctor came in. I had told her that I was showing symptoms of hand foot mouth. When looking in my throat she wore NO GLOVES when examining my throat and swabbing it. She said it was not hand foot but yet strep. She said that she would send my swab to the lab but never tagged it with my sticker with my information. Then before any lab work she sent antibiotics to a local pharmacy. I never got a call about my lab work… guess what I in fact had hand foot and mouth and the prescribed medication would and did not help. The positive thing I can say is she was very polite and caring.

Had a heart attack, drove myself to St Francis and collapsed in the emergency room.. woke up with a doctor performing CPR and was advised what was happening and being sent to Fargo immediately.. EMTs hit me 3 times with the paddles I heard later.. 2 stents and 2 days inpatient and on my way I went.. ALIVE .. Thank you St Francis hospital.

In all honesty, a really bad hospital. We took my sister into the walk-in clinic for an injury she had obtained. They had taken some x-rays and said it was a sprain on top of a sprain and sent them home , well turns out about a month to a month and a half later her foot was still hurting so they took her into to Sanford and it turned out her ankle had been fractured so we looked at her medical records and it turns out they had found it was fractured when she had first went in to the walk in, but failed to communicate it. If they had found it after they left, I still think they should have told us through email or through text (They have our contact info). I have heard of other situations where they have failed to diagnose someone right. I just don't see how this hospital could still be running with the number of issues they have, especially when these issues are causing people more money due to their errors. I'm not looking for any compensation, I just think people should know these issues especially when it's our health at stake.

Terrible service not accurate medical information. Honestly don’t think they know what they are talking about.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
