Patient is definitely not cared for whatsoever, meds not given properly, food restrictions not followed, if pork was supposed to be served if said person won't touch pork to serve it no meat was served and Patient is on a higher protein diet 🤬you can buzz and ring the bell for help for more than an hour and No one responds can't believe this place is allowed to care for any human being and the place is dirty and unkept.... nasty place

I’m often afraid that I will have an emergency and no one will know for hours.
Today, like many other times since I was moved here four months ago I find myself looking out the door of my room and watching the staff ignore my requests for help.
I have used my call button, which seems to be working properly for a change, I also have a small brass hand bell that I’ve been given to use in case my call button isn’t working. I ring this bell as rapidly and loudly as I’m able, I’ve been told by the handful of attentive staff here that the bell can be heard all the way down to the end of the hallway.
As I ring this bell over and over today, Saturday Sept 20,2025, I look out the door to my room and down the hallway, and watch the staff as they stand at the nurses station, others walk back and forth the cross halls, they all appear to not hear the bell, even those who look down the hall at me , or at least at my door, and then just look away.
I’m lying in my bed, I’m not able to walk, with my feet hanging over the end of the bed , one leg precariously hanging on the side, I’m almost motionless in order to keep the leg from sliding off , which I know from past experience hurts my hip a great deal, but mostly concerned with keeping the catheter tube in between my legs from catching and getting pulled off again.
If I yell very loudly, over and over “help” or something similar after a minute or two, if I have enough breath to keep yelling, someone will respond, although I’m not sure how loud I could yell if I were having a stroke or a heart attack.
This scenario is real, not fiction. You can check to verify that I was here. And the scenario is an almost every day thing, not only for myself, but I witness it happen to some of the other residents as well,
And that’s just getting a response to a call for help, albeit that’s a pretty important part of the function of a nursing home, there are many other issues with health and care, cleanliness, even integrity and honesty, that I’ve been subject to here.
Look back here later, I may post more reviews on these other issues, or even just stop on by and see for yourself. The door is always open, just follow the sound of the ringing bell.

Ps. Someone did come to help me. in this instance, I was able to time this response, it was 55 minutes from the time I pressed the call button, and through the bell ringing, I didnt yell, just didn’t have the hutspah this time, till someone came to help.

Dirty. Understaffed. No activities. No diabetic friendly nutritional meals. Meals are high carbohydrate high sugar in composition. Under watch by the State for multiple state and federal violations... Search on the Internet will provide a list of the violations across the last approximately 3 to 5 years.
Personally I recently had severe swelling in my lower right leg and did not receive the appropriate care or seen by an MD for the swelling until 4 or 5 days after the swelling had subsided. I would not recommend anyone placing a family member or client in this facility.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
