  This would not let me put anything than less than one star this facility is the most inadequate healthcare facility I've ever dealt with. At different times I would go into my mother's room they would have the old hotel doorbell as the assistant bell The little metal one as her emergency call system. They do not have adequate supplies to supply all patients there for example my mother was unable to receive femine hygiene do to not having them. We ended having to pay out of pocket for these products but yet they still took the money out of her rent for them supplying the products. There was also lack of communication seeing as residents would sit for many minutes if not an hour or more with no help from the facility. The was also a lack of English speaking caregivers many patients could not understand the staff that was there available to help them. When you ask the staff a question they procrastinate if not blame it on each other on why something is not done. They do not have walkie talkies at all and until my mother arrived staff did not know how to use the PA system they speak highly negatively of other facilities to ensure that your resident stays there. My exact words to this building was "I would rather have my mother be taken care of by my schizophrenic brother who believes that he is married to Marilyn Monroe take care of her than ever have her spend another night in that facility" I had her immediately transferred out. This is a dangerous facility and I would not recommend anybody put their family member here

  Wow, not only a great place to stay, but inside Hilltop, the staff crew is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious<br>From Spruce Lane staff, housekeeping, laundry department, and the crazy lovely therapists are rockstars. Sarah the administrator, is pleasant, and topnotched at giving out suckers . Julie, the head supervisor of nurses on Spruce Lane is awesome . Nicole, and Hannah will help in areas of finance , and social worker’s questions and answers . No need to think any further. Consider Hilltop Rehab, and Skilled Nursing when your loved ones need short or long term care,

  Be careful leaving your family here. Make sure not to leave them with any money or valuables. My grandma lived here for years before she passed and always wanted to move, but it wasn't possible due to insurance issues. They had always taken any money we gave her or that she had in her accounts, so we had a special place to hide it in her wheelchair. A week before she passed, she had me take a large withdrawal from her account and bring it to her. We put it in her special spot, and then she passed that weekend. When I came to clean out her room and check her wheelchair the money nor baggy it was in was anywhere to be found. Fast forward to the next day (or two) and a young nurse who I went to school with pulled me aside and told me that my grandma told her to tell me that the money is in her wheelchair for me..but that was to no avail considering apparently another nurse/worker had already taken it. It was just over 4 thousand dollars (she had wanted a new electronic wheelchair). :/<br><br>Also, we never found her wedding ring.<br><br>BE CAREFUL, this happened a couple of years ago, and I am just not posting because I heard of it happening to someone else recently.

  My father lived there for over a year and a half and it was overall marginal, at best. Their billing is highly unreliable, and impossible to decipher what they send if you request a detailed bill. At one point, they changed billing companies and tried to bill us double for approximately $10,000. It took extensive efforts on our part to get them correct the error. My father’s nurse was kind and caring when there, but everyone else we dealt with in the building, including administration, was unfriendly and unreliable, and I would not send anyone there again.
