Experience overall at Guardian Angels was very good. There were a few exceptional staff members whom I wanted to mention. On the 3rd shift, the nurse was good as when I asked for pain meds I got right away. Zeke, the aide was exceptional. He was the best. He was caring and attentive and would make sure he did everything possible to make me comfortable. I can't say enough good things about him. The first shift was good, too. Nicole (the one with blond hair, don't know last name) was great. She would give me pain pills when needed if it was time to get some more. She was very caring and friendly with me. She was the best nurse there who helped me. Maria ( I don't know last name but she was tall with dark hair) went above and beyond for me. She was so sweet, kind, friendly, and caring of her patients. She was like a granddaughter to me. I just loved her. When i didn't have her as an aide, she would wave when going by my room or just say hi when seeing me in hall walking. Amanda (aide) helped me get dressed, washed up, teeth brushed, and even put lotion on my back and legs. I never had an aide do that for me. It was so nice to have that care on my last day, the day I was going home. This was the second time I went here for care. The first time was 10 years ago, so many things changed just like anything else. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed transitional care.

Although my husband was only at Guardian Angels for about six weeks, I commend the staff on their compassionate and skilled care during his stay. They always treated him with respect and kindness and this applied to our family as well. The staff were open in dealing with us and their support in providing the care that he needed is greatly appreciated.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
