My grandma ended up here after a very traumatic hospitalization about 5 years ago, where she was never able to go home after. Trinity is now her new home, and she can't be happier! In the time that she has been here, the care that she has received has been phenomenal. The staff has been wonderful, kind, and compassionate. Trinity has that "small town community" feel that is so comforting for such an important person in our family. The local community welcomes the residents, supports and cares for them like their own! I am so thankful that Trinity fell into our family as an option.

I have to say from the time I walked into Trinity, I felt the calm and safe atmosphere. The aides there are true angels to all the residents and it shows. I've been there for less then a year but it feels like a place I know i can be at for a long time. Best activity staff and dietary, and that is most important to the residents, as it gives them something to look forward to ♥️

My uncle was resident at Trinity, he has now passed away. But I needed to express the wonderful care he received while he was there. The staff were attentive to his needs, every time I visited he looked comfortable and clean. The nurses always answered any questions we had. Thank you to Trinity for doing such a wonderful job taking care of him and keeping him comfortable.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Trinity Care Center. Our church has sent people to Trinity to help with activities and connect with the residents. Joy, the Activities Director, along with the whole staff, obviously have HUGE hearts for these residents and do an amazing job at creating wonderful opportunities for them to have fun and be entertained. Our time there is always well spent and the people that volunteer from our church always ask when we are going back. The residents are well cared for and it's evident that they are loved!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
