Just got here. My parent is in room. ....Completely emptied. No linen, no phones in room, no depends , tv doesn't work. I told staff to get maintenance to fix it. My parent is not really mobile and she stuck in a room with no stimulation. Please respond and fix. Or a number to talk.

A big thank you to all the staff and therapists for great service and friendly staff! Very clean and sanitized every room always followed the daily schedule kept her informed of what was happening for the day and good food options for a nursing home!

I've been a regular visitor to this facility for over a year, usually 3-4x per week. Yesterday I attended their holiday party for residents, complete with live entertainment, festive food, seasonal decorations and friendly, attentive staff. Everyone really went "Above and Beyond" to make the event special for residents and visitors. I complimented staff personally and am glad to share my praise online. Their Halloween party for residents showed similar care, along with their outdoor picnic event last summer. To me, these events are symbolic of the strong, compassionate ethic that I see demonstrated by many, many staff at The Villas. Their weekly activity calendar also shows many options for residents, with bingo a key favorite. A nursing home is a challenging environment for everyone, but The Villas strives to rise above thanks to so many wonderful, dedicated people who work there.
