  During my fathers stay at Chapelview's TCU, he recieved excellent care. PT/OT staff were excellent, and nurses and aides were as well.<br><br>One aide in particular, Aaron, clearly has a love for his profession. He constantly went above and beyond for my father. I would visit frequently, and Aaron always made sure to greet me with a "There he is!". He is the standard to which all aides should be compared to.<br><br>If you are looking at reviews to determine where to send your loved one after their sickness/injury, look no further than Chapelview.

  I spent almost 3 months at the Chapel View TCU after a 13 day hospital stay. I left stronger and in better shape than I arrived. I am so thankful for their strong team of Physical and Occupational therapists. I worked mainly with Jill (occupational therapy) and Austin (physical therapy). Both were outstanding in helping me get stronger. I will always appreciate how much they encouraged me every day. The nursing staff was excellent also. I really got to know many of them and gained an understanding of how hard they work! Thank you to everyone who helped me on my journey to get better!

  This place is the absolute worst. I chose them for my elderly mom. I press the button for her and no one came. I waited for 25 min before I walked up front to the nurse desk. They didn't even come and get her dressed for breakfast. She is an amputee and has dementia. The lead nurse attitude is the worst. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for no one elderly. You absolutely should not have a jacked up attitude trying to care for the elderly.

  Following a month in the Cardiac ICU, my mom was sent to Chapel View for PT and OT rehab. In the 4 weeks my mom spent at Chapel View the progress she made toward living independently again was nothing short of amazing. My mom still talks about the encouragement and tough love given to her from her PT therapist Austin, who she largely credits for her success. The facility and my mom's room was always kept clean, and the nursing staff was caring and attentive. The people who work for Chapel View truly love what they do for a living, and I'm grateful my mom was able to complete her rehab with you all. Thank you and God Bless!

  Not sure where to start. The entire stay, doctor, intake team and all help with the exception on one nurse/aid was a joke. Never ever let a loved one stay here!!!! We had to have one family member stay there the entire stay! We had to advocate for absolutely everything with all of them dismissing us! Father went in for transition care ended up in emergency room a couple times and so much more. If you love your family do not go here. This place should not be allowed to be open!!!
