If you can help it refrain from sending someone you love here. My fiancé has been there since Nov 21 after ankle surgery and will be coming home worse than he entered. Severely minimal staffing has led to neglect of residents and increased injuries doing essential tasks. Minimum wait time for assistance is 20min and my fiancé has waited up to 2.5 hrs for assistance to get out of the bathroom. He incurred an additional ankle fracture and the a knee fracture above surgical site due to just wanting to use restroom when no one came to help him.

I will recommend this facility to loved ones. My grandfather was admitted there, and I was amazed on the care they provided. The staff there are compassionate, professional, and attentive to cares. The environment is also clean and welcoming. Will chose this facility over and over again.
