2021. Rehab department. If I could give a star π below β¬οΈ a, one for the therapist there, I would. Rehab from being in st. Maryβs for three months with COVID, then up to lake city for rehab. SHE must really, really hate men. Or, she hated me the MINUTE I got out of the van I paid $ 200.00 to get to that facility. You are , MUCH better off just going home . SHE did absolutely ZERO 0οΈβ£ for me . Note. At st. Maryβs, doctors told me I needed more than two weeks. SHE kicked me out in two weeks. Took another two months to be able to fend for myself.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at Mayo Clinic Senior Living in Lake City for the incredible care and compassion they showed my great aunt during her final days. The kindness they extended to our entire family meant so much. They provided us with cookies and drinks while we said our goodbyes and gave us the space and privacy we needed to spend those final moments together. Every staff member we interacted with was patient, gentle, and truly caring. Itβs never easy to lose a loved one, but knowing she was surrounded by such compassionate people brought great comfort. We are so grateful for everything they did for her β and for her family.

Everytime I visit Like City Mayo Clinic, the Registration & Administrative Team are so kind, courteous and professional.
Today Karen scheduled my appointments & coordinated them across departments all on one visit. When I thanked her, she assured me that everyone in her team would do the same.
Thank You Mayo, for employing people who make difficult things a little easier β€οΈ

Their providers are wonderful, however, the individuals in charge of making appointments or any other administrative task are incredibly passive aggressive, condescending and speak to you like you are wasting their time and they have much better things to do than their actual job. Like I said, the providers are absolutely wonderful, it's a shame the first individuals you encounter are so passive aggressive and disrespectful, because that destroys everything the providers work so hard to accomplish.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data β the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting β
