⭐ 1 Star – Do Not Send Your Loved One Here This place is absolutely unacceptable. The room my father was placed in was disgusting. There were dead bugs (bees) still sitting in the window from the summer, stains on the walls and furniture, and holes in the walls. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. My father was paralyzed in October and was transferred to this facility just two days ago. We left overnight and returned the next day, and during that entire time he had not been moved at all. He was left sitting in a soiled diaper, and as a result he now has a sore that could potentially become life-threatening. This level of neglect is dangerous, especially for someone who is paralyzed and completely dependent on staff for care. The lack of basic hygiene, supervision, and concern for patient well-being is alarming. Please do not place your family members here. No one deserves to be treated this way

Do NOT send anyone here, please. There is no RN on call, the nurses are unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, and negligent, and the social workers/other staff failed to meet basic requirements for patients in the TC. I literally watched a male nurse say “I bully people here to get what I want from them.” And another female nurse laughed about it with him. I watched my relative wait a full hour, I looked around and waited too, for a single nurse to ask for a new lunch because it was full of something he was deathly allergic to. I watched a PROFESSIONAL NURSE sit on facetime at the station. At discharge, we were told, as well by a social worker days prior, that his medication would be filled before he left and they did NOT send the orders in NOR did they give them their medications the day of discharge. Abdul, the nurse, was extremely aggressive and lied to us as well (confirmed with pharmacy) when we were fearing for my relatives well-being. He was extremely messed up and should be fired immediately. No one should be talked to the way he spoke to us when we have it on paper that we were lied to and my relative was not getting their medications that they didn’t send out. No one, and I mean NO ONE, should be sent here. Please, PLEASE do not ever send anyone you care about and love here. They will be neglected and barely given any compassion or care whatsoever.

I imagine people only come on here to complain. I disagree and feel bad for those who had bad experiences here. I have found the staff very friendly and attentive. The food could be a tic better but I'm not complaining. PT/OT I found to be very good. Although just not enough time they spend with you. My room was always clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Again I am sorry for all those who had bad experiences here. Maybe under new management??

Welcome to HELL. Do not send anyone there…this place is absolutely horrific. My mom was sent there after breaking her ankle and having surgery. Not once have they gotten her out of bed! Cold food, lazy and rude staff! It’s also disgusting. Pee is being poured down the bathroom sink instead of the toilet. She hasn’t been cleaned in 3 days. They ran out of cranberry juice and had no ice packs. She is also on oxygen and was put in a room next to the door of the smoking area! If you want your family member to deteriorate this is the place if not seriously stay far far away!!!!!!

Do not send your family member here. PT and OT are poor. Staff doesn't spend much time walking them in the hall. Rooms are not clean. Beds are not made unless you ask. Wheelchairs are in poor condition with cracks in the arms. This is not very sanitary. Curtains have stains. Baths are only once a week.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
