It's October 1, 2025. My professional observations of all the care giving staff is still EXCEPTIONAL. They have years of experience along with their big hearts. They are genuine in their care!
The challenge for me & other families is with some people in management. Recently, I reached out to Susan Brooks, the Assistant Administrator, for a very important concern several times but with no call back from Susan Brooks. She's in town, in her office yet too busy to return my calls. It's now been three weeks. That's both unprofessional & rude. I'm out of state which makes it even worse.
A suggestion to new families considering Jones Harrison...it's important to ask the tough questions to management: (1) Could you tell us about your background, your professional experiences? (2) What education do you have that qualifies you for overseeing my loved one's specific care needs? (3) Lastly, could you provide me with options on how to reach you when I have concerns that I need guidance with? It's your right to ask, because YOU ARE ADVOCATING FOR SOMEONE YOU LOVE.

This place is very difficult to get a hold of someone/anyone on the phone including front desk. Right now today I've been calling since 11:15am it's now 11:52am and I still haven't gotten an answer. I've been calling both mom's room and they didn't keep the phone by her so........ Getting in contact with someone is very difficult and this isn't a message leaving matter very frustrating. P.S. not the first time!

My mother died here in 2021. When she needed memory care in 2018, we picked a newer place. She had a stroke shotly after, and our memory care did not have a TCU or nursing. So i had to pay 2 months or $16k at the other place while reserving a room at Jones Harrison. Her doctor told me to ask about average length of staff service as a bigger factor than newness. Jones Harrison took great care of my mom, with experienced staff who cared about their patients.

My mom, who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease, spent the last six years of her life at Jones-Harrison. The staff is exceptional. With low turnover, there is time to really get to know each resident as unique and special. "These are all our parents," more than one caregiver expressed, and that is evident with the authentic and warm care my mother received every day to her last breath.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
