  Extremely unprofessional experience with this facility when I was trying to get information regarding my sick and dying mother. A woman representative was entirely cruel and heartless to me when I called genuinely trying to gather more information on her condition, telling me that I should have that knowledge already and she shouldn’t have to help me. These are the kinds of people we trust with our family members? The ones who are insensitive to our situations and make such asinine comments? I strongly do not recommend trusting this facility with the care of your family. This woman who had an African accident, should not be in healthcare. She does not care about your relatives.

  I do not recomend this place what so ever.<br>I had to spend 3 months away from home because i had a back revision surgery. I spent 21 days in there care and ended up with a major back infection because unsanitary conditions in the shower room, fun fact you dont put somone in the shower when there back is still open from the first surgery, and you sure as hell dont use a wash cloth that was alrwady in there and wet. my bp was 52/40 so yes i was septic. I was told another hour of being like this i would have been dead. I Went back to the hospital was opened up again to be fully washed out and was put on a pic line antibiotic. Im allergic to mushrooms and the dietary staff knew this, i still ended up with mushrooms on my food all the time.<br>There is 1 nurse that is primarily on 3rd floor but filled in on 1st floor well he grabbed my leg shook it and yelled for me to wake up just to give me Tylenol. I had bruises from him grabbing my right leg. Everything g was reported to the director of nursing, that nurse is still employed there, there are laws about putting hands on a vulnerable adult but the head of nursing didn't do anything about it. Lots and lots more.<br>I shouldn't have had to teach a nurse how to use a IV pump but I had to do so.<br>That nurse always left a mess from the IV stuff he used.<br>CNA's would walk around talking on the phone when they should be listening to the residents.<br>I have found overnight CNA's sleeping on the job again nothing was done about it.<br>I fell out of my wheel chair while getting sick. I pulled the call light and no one came to help me get up off the floor after being on the floor for 30 minutes I finaly got myself back in my chair. I went into the hallway and hollered for help and again no one came to help Perhaps that is because the night staff was sent from one wing where everyone was sick to the wing I was in ( yeah great idea ) I told people that some one was going to get sick and guess what, I was the one that ended up getting sick.<br>While I had to go back to the hospital after I acquired the back infection they held my room which was nice then I find out they charged me $150.00 a day without telling me or my wife anything about that. The only saving grace to that place was a handful of nurses and a few CNA's and the therapy department was amazing I cant say enough good things about them.<br>I could go on and on but the long and the short of it all is if you want substandard care go to Eventide on 8th in Moorhead.<br>Again I will never go back there as they costed me over $300,000 via insurance and out of pocket because they just about killed me.<br>I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY IF YOU CHARISH YOUR LIFE...

  Great staff and great grill the food is great There and the person that runs it is great with the people that go in the great job Hedi and great exercise place great job !
