  I had a pelvic fracture from a fall on ice and was transferred here when I was discharged from the hospital. It was hard at first because of the pain I was in, but the staff was there to assist whenever I needed anything. I owe the physical therapy team a big thanks, without their help I wouldn't have made it back home as soon as I did. THANKS

  My mother passed away here at this facility , and instead of empathy I was met with no emotion at all.. the caregiver took pictures of my mother (I’m sure that’s probably part of their protocol) but instead of letting me grieve she continued to snap pictures and her exact words were “I need to take pictures” as I wept over my mothers body. Not one person on the floor or building said their condolences. Just straight faced. I think facilities need to have caregivers pass some sort of questionaire before employment because there is no way you do this kind of work with no emotion , no empathy. I didn’t need the staff to be emotional , but no words at all is insane. I truly hope they no longer work there or at any facility because they do not deserve to be around anyone’s loved ones in that vulnerable state.

  If I could give it a zero stars I would. We transition to my mom there two weeks ago from the hospital after three knee surgeries. It was an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. When the hospital transfer arrived, there was no one there to greet us. No one knew she was coming and it took 20 minutes to find someone to help. I left her at 3:30 PM assuming she get her medication and dinner. She called me hours later and no one has even stopped in to check on her. She did not get dinner, or even help with the bathroom until we called numerous times around 9:30 PM. I could go on and on about all of the issues, but her stay ended up in an emergency ambulance ride back to the hospital. Do not send anyone here!
