I wish I could give this place zero Stars the staff is uneducated they broke the HIPAA laws and I had to contact the State ombudsman do not ever send somebody you care about to this facility the food is absolutely horrendous and I believe half the staff makes up policies on the fly. When I desperately needed a rehab I was sent to a dangerous and uncaring facility. I came here with perfectly intact skin. But now I have skin breakdowns in multiple places on my body. It takes two hours for them to answer my call light. And when they do clean me up. They don't use proper methods or medications on my skin unless I ask them multiple times. It is my belief that they have become lackadaisical. 0 out of five stars ๐ญ๐ก๐ค

So my mom was staying there and had a total of 3 falls each time the staff called me and stated no injuries. My wife stopped there one day after her fall and her bed had not been made and there was blood on the floor from her fall that still had not been cleaned up. This was 10 hours later. Not only that she had many bruises on her arm and hip. We had to tell them to call 911 as they stated no injuries and come to find out she had broken her hip and had fractured ribs due to the fall she had. Staff did not only not really check her out and stated to me that there were no injuries. The hospital she went to is reporting them to the state of Minnesota . Will update more when I hear from the medical director . No she has to have emergency surgery on her hip.

My mother was a resident for approx 1 month. She was talked down to, yelled at telling her she'd have to wait in her soiled/wet briefs until someone could "get around to changing" her. They pushed my mother to tears on several occasions. I want to obtain legal representation, but she (mom) wants to try to put whole experience behind her. DON'T entrust these ppl to take care your loved ones!!!

My brother-in-law, James, Gregory Salter was at villas at Robbinsdale for the last 4 weeks. He received awesome care. The people were super nice. He said the food was great. The facility was clean and the social Worker Merry Knew what she was doing, and took care of everything for us. We would highly recommend this care facility.

This place is a joke, I would never send anyone their, they don't care about the residents, all they want is the money, they miss treat the residents. If u bring up any concerns or things they excuse them and don't fix anything they lie and they are very manipulative. The facility is rundown and outdated. The food is garbage and most of the staff are lazy and don't do their jobs.if u call their hotline with complaints they don't get back to u, and when the state shows up they run around like they are lost trying to actually do their jobs. Honestly if I could give them a negative review I would.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data โ the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
