My grandma stayed here and the care was very disappointing. She was told she would receive physical therapy twice a day, but that did not happen. Therapy was minimal and not consistent. One staff member told her they didn’t care how she got back to bed and the other staff member asked her “what do you want” when she needed help to the bathroom, which is very concerning. Staff left her alone after using the bathroom and often did not respond when she pulled the call cord. PT told her she was irresponsible for falling. There were no bed rails or grab bars by the bed, and safety measures like a transfer belt were rarely used, even though she was at risk for falls. The bathroom was shared, unsanitary, and not cleaned. The toilet was plugged for over a day and the shower conditions were very poor. Medications were given at inconsistent times. Oxygen was ordered despite normal levels, she never saw a doctor, and she was given a pneumonia shot without requesting it. Overall, the facility felt unsafe and poorly managed. I would not recommend it

We placed a family member here three weeks ago for rehab, and there has been no progress. He is actually more physically active at home than he has been at this facility. The building itself is in need of significant updates. There was only one bathroom shared between two two-person rooms. When we arrived to visit, no one informed us that he had been moved to a different room. We are removing him from this facility. Please, do pay attention to reviews!!!🚨📢

This is like finding a diamond in the rough ever since my mom came to the estates. She has been taken care of loved on adorned treated with respect. Well taken care of. Very engaged tons of activities. Tons of cognitive things to do. My mom has never thrived this much in all the years that she's been seeking help. I owe a huge gratitude of thanks to the estates. Thank you so much for loving my mom

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
