Thank you much for your care of my longtime freind of 62 years Brad Bode.He gave me first ride on a Honda 50 or 90 on their family farm 1 mile from our farm as the crow flies in 1968 or 69 which led to me eventually I guess sturgis mc rally is kinda a world event where i took 3rd place dragracing my basically handbuilt Harley Davidson Shovelhead. Has pigs airbrushed on the gastanks showing a farm background done by Billly joe colbank of Hanska mn. This place is bad, my mom is in assisted living, the food is always cold, they have an old lady can 77yrs old w/ weight restrictions, that can do any lifting, my mom has fallen 5 times the week she's been there, they don't care, they don't have a heart. She hates that place! There's now was in hell the director can change her opinion!

My Grandpa was resident here in the memory care part of the building from 2017 to 2020. I thought his experience was moderate, from my perspective. The only things I didn't like that some of the workers stole some of things he owned, and I feel that they didn't do a lot of activities with him. He looked so down every visit I had with him. Hmm, oh well. At least some of the residents were nice and the workers too. Will be back soon if I know anyone who lives here.

My Dad lived in Heritage Lane of the Sleepy Eye Care Center for over a year. The staff was awesome, they have such compassion and helped my Dad adjust so great. They became like family, everyone from the Life Enrichment, Laundry, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Nurses and Nursing Assistants. They were also great about communicating with me and my family. Sadly my Dad recently passed away, they helped so much in his last days to make sure not only he was comfortable but his family as well and the prayer service they provided after he passed was so comforting and meant a lot to us. God bless all of the caregivers.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
