When I arrived on December 26 Darianne came out side in the cold help me out of the van took me to my room and signed me in took her time to explain everything and answered my questions the staff was good I would go back again when the needed because they treated me like a family

Employees park out front taking all the parking spots. We either park down the drive or turn around and leave. I have seen elderly visitors leave because they couldn't walk the distance because of parking to far away. Please have Employees park out in the side parking lot

We recently needed placement for a loved one. We reached out to the admissions director, Amanda. She was Amazing!! She was a pleasure to talk too, very professional and extremely helpful. She did everything she could to help accommodate the wants/needs of our loved one. She made the process quick and simple. Placing your loved one in the care of others is definitely a hard decision to make, but when the people you are leaving them with are kind, caring and compassionate it makes the decision a little less painful. Thank you for going above and beyond, people like you truly make this world a better place! ❤️❤️

Writing this on evening of first day. They are under staffed and disorganized. Poor care so far. I can't recommend this facility to anyone.
