My father went to be rehabilitated for walking and died. He was malnourished and severely dehydrated. He also has bedsores.

Not happy. Mother had a stroke and we chose this place to move her. Thay said thay had room. Thay required 2 TB test. One the arm test that takes 2 days to read and a chest X-ray, which is definitive 100% that day. That is okay. What was not is that after the test where done. That said thay where full and needed to move her to a sister facility 20 miles or so south and further from her home. She was ready to move on a Wednesday and we started tests that morning. No new on insurance. Here we are Sunday. We could have been in a facility Thursday hear in Little Rock. Not happy for the them say one thing, slow walking and then change up. Not good.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
