My mother spent her last 14 months of Earthly life at Delmar Gardens of Meramec Valley. I cannot speak highly enough of Delmar Garden of Meramec Valley. The entire staff, extremely caring and professional. The organizational structure is superb. I know that there are a lot of "behind the scenes" people at every level that I never had the pleasure of meeting, but they clearly do their jobs very well because the entire organization runs flawlessly (from my surface level observations). I know that there are other Delmar Garden campuses; I hope that they're as wonderful as this one located in Fenton, MO. If you're considering a place for your loved one to receive the specialized care that our senior citizens need; look no further than Delmar Gardens of Meramec Valley. Perry Furgason

My friend was in this facility while she was in her stay they gave her her bed pen made her put herself on it then she had to take herself off the bed and put it on the back counter. I find this totally unacceptable. At the end of her stay, they tried to give her insulin and she is not diabetic. So please keep your loved ones far away.

I wouldn't recommend taking my pet to this place. My bed is broke, I've been waiting for an hour for an aid. I have a broken hip that I can't get up. If you have a loved one, do not bring them here.

I was there tonight visiting my brother-in-law. The nurse was very friendly but that is where it stopped. Call light went on to help the patient go to the bathroom- we finally had to find someone. When they came in, they said we have to deliver trays- left without helping- finally my husband found the nurse- she tracked the 2 who left the room and they came back with attitudes. Found out they are agency people who do not care. The care has been less than acceptable! Medications are not up to date from inception on Friday. The attending foreign doctor was terrible. We will try to move him ASAP. We will make complaints to the state and joint commission. You need to correct these issues .

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
