Stayed here for about 3 weeks after one one-week hospital stay. Couldn't walk even to the bathroom when I was delivered here, but when I left after physical therapy, etc., I am back on my feet living at home without any assistance. In my opinion, a great place to recover from serious injuries!

I had a horrible experience sending my mother here- from admission to her passing away (this was a little over a year ago)- the LPNs were very unprofessional and did not even understand that my mom had dementia- even though the EMR was clear on this, the techs and LPNs were uncaring and left my mom in her urine, were unprofessional with me; the staff lost her DNR paperwork- had my mom sign a new form, but staff filled this out incorrectly; staff did not take care of my mom when she exhibited clear signs of infection, mismanaged doctor's orders to collect stat urine sample; long story short- I was in the facility, trying to get help to get my mom off the toilet, had to repeatedly ask various staff for help- finally got someone to help, and my mom had a heart attack- the ambulance people had to perform CPR on her as the facility did not have the DNR paperwork properly filled out- this was super traumatic for me; I would never send a family member to this facility.

They do the best they can to look after a loved one that cannot be taken care of at home, in a non-depressive setting. Are they perfect?, far fro it, yet I haven't found one that is.

Wonderful facility, great staff and Management. Caring and committed to providing great care for my husband, a stroke victim. I cannot say enough good things about the starting with Sherrill at Admission who truly made this a seamless and an easy informed decision. Taylor, Ashley, and Jim were just a few of the outstanding nurses that gave outstanding care. Annette had a great group of techs and followed up frequently to insure everything went well with your care. I cannot say enough good things about the care provided. I appreciated the care provided to my husband during this difficult time.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
