Always short on staff most of the staff is agency and knows nothing when you ask about information on any patients lack of proper care to patients has several falls with patients rooms are not cleaned very well or often

Heather Mellen is a great asset to Nazareth. She goes above and beyond to help with understanding billing details as well as assistant in areas outside her normal duties. She knows who can help you with any situation.

A client I care for with metastatic cancer,was sent to respite care at Nazareth for 3 nights after a short hospital stay. Obviously St.Mary's hospital wanted to clear a bed on Friday bc there was no reason for my client to be sent to a rehab facility for only 3 days, especially when rehab facilities are notoriously short staffed on weekends. Originally she was told by St.Mary's she would be released to go home on Monday, but was sent to Nazareth on Friday. I highly suspect this( and many other facilities) guilty of Medicare fraud since they are so negligent in regards to patient care. They essentially put my client in a bed and ignored her. A patient that could not move without assistance and needed 2 types of morphine 4x daily. Disgusting.
