If I could give zero stars I would. This place is very unprofessional and has a very rude employee. I called to relay a message to my husband who is a patient there. I was then called back by a CMT, unsure if that is her correct title because she was talking with such a fast and hostile tone. She got into matters that she legally should not have access to. Also big HIPAA violation discussing what she disclosed in our conversation without confirming in anyway who she was discussing this information with. I will be making a formal complaint against this facility and this hostile employee. Do not trust your loved ones or their private information at this facility.

I'm not impressed with the staff at this facility. The seem to play mind games with some of the residents. Also you don't get in to a resident for slamming doors, and then you go and slam your door on the residents. I won't name names in my review but these facilities are the residents homes. Respect and professionalism is required by LAW. All employees need to leave their personal problems at home and not bring them to work. If you can't be professional and compassionate perhaps choose a different line of work.

What a Nightmare of a Place.<br>My Recent Experience with a Family Member is Pathetic.<br>They administered the Wrong Medications and the Med Nurse didn't know What the pills were for Nor could she Pronounce the Meds.<br>Across the hall was a resident that had his Call Light on for 2 hours and he was calling out for Help.<br>They placed his Food Tray out of his Reach, so he couldn't eat his Dinner..<br>After 2 hours WHEN they finally came to his room, they Took his Food Tray without him getting to eat.<br>My Family Member was left Sunbathed and When I arrived to see him, he had Dried poop on his back and on his thighs.<br>They had not Changed not Cleaned him for Hours. Some Medications we're Not given to him.<br>This place SHOULD be Shut Down.
