My grandpa got hurt and the nursing home didn’t let me or my family know or didn’t give us any basic information and is very unprofessional and makes me infuriating that the hospital is the one who let me know

My mother was a resident at the Manor. Even though she had dementia, she obviously connected with the staff because at her passing, we found a staff member sitting at her side crying over the loss of her. I will never forget the compassion of this person.
