✝️❤️ God Bless Us, God Bless Our Families, and God Bless America. Father, thank You for the abundance. Father, We ask for more abundance through Christ, Our Lord, amen. The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace ✝️❤️ The Lord’s children run this facility. I have been treated with a lot of respect. Mosha and the Israelis here are very warm and kind people. The door lady is nice. The facility is marked out accordingly: drive through to enter is very easy and accessible right off Route 18. No massive potholes coming in (thank God) because I strongly dislike driving into a nursing home and being met with potholes and large thunks and thumps underneath me. So that’s 1 plus. 2nd plus is it’s very close by to a church (St. Thomas the Apostle). If your mother or dad or honestly any relative are staying here then the priest / Eucharistic Ministers can bring the Eucharist to the facility for each payment of a prayer in return for receiving the Holy Gift. The third plus is the dietitians and hiring manager have been treating me well. I have learned a lot during my time here. The transportations are the 4th plus. Very well timed and coordinated. There is a check in booth near the front door (electronic) it serves well for the hired servants and also for the guests who enjoy learning what it is. Huge dining hall and clean bathrooms are located as well. The maintenance team is very kind. The gentleman who cleans them regularly does a very good job. The open space is definitely a plus. There is a sidewalk that also goes around for walking patients who require open air and rejuvenation with nature. In the winter time it can be slippery. The team made sure it wasn’t with the large addition of salt after the huge snowstorm that we experienced earlier this year in 2026. This location is truly a flourishing location for patient care. The elderly seem to be grateful for the respect that we are giving God’s chosen people so I definitely love seeing patients happy and well fed. If I would include one piece of advice then it is to please schedule your meetings and visits ahead of time. Spontaneous show ups are not a bad issue, it’s just that our team here would love to help prepare more goodness ahead of time so that we can serve you to the best way possible. Enjoy your time here for however long and short you decide to stay and make sure to always know that we are pleased and blessed to be able to serve you and your families. ✝️❤️

My mom has been in Preferred Care for Sub-Acute Rehab. She has had an excellent experience. The staff are amazing. So kind and caring. They keep eyes on patients to ensure they are safe and get the care that they need. The facility also has areas where patients can come together and have fun playing games, watching TV, and attending parties where fantastic people perform for them bringing joy and happiness. She was even given manicures. It is the best Sub-Acute Facility she has been in. I would highly recommend them.

I am not friend or family, but the fact is, Preferred Rehab is rated so high because from the time you walk in the door, you feel welcome and once admitted feel taken care of.Like family.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
