Really a good facility for healing. Everybody smiles and greets openly and the sign in process leaves one feeling good about the security of loved ones.

All the staff at this facility were very kind and helpful. My mother and I enjoyed our time there very clean well kept and again the staff were just amazing. We got to stay and have dinner with our loved one.

I was impressed at first with the nice facility but that soon faded when I could not find my mother who had been transported. I asked a nurse there for help because I did not know my way around. She did nothing to help me so I went back to the front desk. The lady there was really nice and helped me locate her. When my mom needed to use the bathroom, she pressed the nurse button and no one came so I finally went to the nurses station. The nurse was very rude and asked me if she should send her back her back to the hospital. Another time when my mom needed assistance, she pressed the nurse button and no one came again. When my daughter went to check, the nurses were in the break room with no one watching the nurses station. They were laughing and nobody bothered to get up until my daughter asked if they were going to attend her. This has been my experience for her stay. Family members are going through enough without having to deal with this. There does not seem to be any good communication between shifts either. I have asked about medication given to my mom and nobody seems to know anything. I was also told that I had to pay for laundry services when I was never told anything before until the nurse approached me in the dining area & embarrassed me in front of others. There are a few very compassionate nurses who care about the patients one of them being Tandora & another very young nurse who helped me so my mother would not fall. The others have left my mom sitting in the wheelchair alone and when she tried to get up she fell. She has fallen 2x already. I hope other facilities are not this bad and look forward to my mom getting out of there. I do have to acknowledge that she was always bathed when I went in. I would suggest u visit your loved one on a consistent basis to really make sure they are being taken care of properly. I have already spoken to administration but just an UPDATE on my mom’s stay. Went in today to check on my mom and she had fallen again. She had a cut on her leg and a large scratch across her back. She was left in the wheelchair again and had to go to restroom. Since no one came, she tried to go by herself. I have talked to several other residents and they were having trouble getting help after calling the nurse and were ignored or told they would come back and no one came. I understand that elderly people fall but at least take some better measures to avoid this. Also don’t lose medications when u ask for patient to bring them in. Have better communication between shifts because no one seems to know what’s happening. I was told that they didn’t know what happened and offered to look into it but never received a response back even after asking several times. Anyway my mom will be getting out tomorrow. So relieved.

This is my husband's second admission to this facility and we cannot say enough of how wonderful the staff has been to him. Compassion, caring, friendly are just some of the adjectives to describe the entire staff. The many extra activities and recognitions that they do for the patients are amazing and you can tell some truly enjoy there jobs. Kindness comes in many forms and it can be the smallest act of kindness that can mean so much.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
