Well where do I begin my mom was in willow point nursing home rehab over the holidays and her phone in her room wasn't working I had family members who are out of town as well family members who are in town trying to reach her for the holidays i called the supervisor and asked her could she go on the floor and check my mom phone when it was clear from the immediate attitude we were bothering her when all we wanted for her to do was go on the floor and just check the phone so our mom can talk to her family for the holidays never got any feedback or really don't even know if the supervisor ever checked.Another problem is that they are so under staffed the residents are waiting 20 minutes to a half hour to use the bathroom with the button pushed, forcing residents to have accidents on themselves leaving them feeling more ashamed and depressed, also the clothes situation how do you lose clothes that's labeled with resident name on it when asked about it , very non caring we're not sure hopefully they show up, also the 1st 3 days of my mom being there my mom was in bed with pajamas on, I lost it and everyone was told,I want my mom up and dressed everyday especially if she's there for rehab all in a nutshell I will not recommend willow point my experience was not good.

The rehab part of the willow point is nice and clean and most of the staff there is very caring, cheerful, and supportive. The nursing side on the other hand is filthy, Corridors and resident bathrooms are always smelling. Social workers are rude and Uncooperative. Aides are nice, nurses, not so much.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
