My dad is currently in this facility for 2 days and I have never been more disappointed. We chose it based on photos that was sent to me by Jennifer. These pictures did not represent the actual facility in which he should stay for rehab it looked like a 5 star suite, and too good to be true, which should’ve been my first sign. I visited my father after work and everyone was in the room lights off by 6pm. I am looking to transfer or discharge him IMMEDIATELY from this facility. When I went in his room on the third floor there were 4 persons to a room and all asleep by 6pm. There was no staff attending, even my 9 year old son said it looked like a stranger things hallway. Stay far away if you care about your family members Updated to post pictures of what Jennifer texted me versus reality. Stay away.

This place is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to leave their family members here. The building is old and dirty. The energy you feel when you walk in the building is sad. No one that’s in the higher offices care about the residents they only care about the money that your family members bring in. You can tell that the staff is poorly treated as well. I over heard some employees say that their checks are messed up and aren’t getting payed for what they are supposed to unfortunately. When you try to speak to the person who’s in charge of the place it’s hard to even get in touch. It’s like they hide from you on purpose. There’s a lady that works in the 5th floor I believe her name is Karen her attitude is atrocious!! For someone who works in the medical field she should have a better attitude since she does play a role in taking care of the patients in the facility. Maintenance is wonderful and work fast to meet the needs of the residents. Recreation in a whole is amazing! Beautiful attitudes and positive energy. They are very helping with anything you ask for. I came with my friend to visit her mom while they were holding a big event in the dining room and they brought so much joy to the residents. The building needs more people like them. As well as new people who manage and run this place on the inside . It starts with THEM!!

I have a loved one there and they’re so happy with their experience. The staff is great all around, the kindest people ever from the nurses to the receptionists. My experience has been nothing but the best.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
