What a wonderful place for a loved one to receive care. Whether it’s short-term in transitional care or in the long-term nursing home side, my loved one felt safe, cared for and respected. The staff there are helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend for anyone needing care!

The staff are amazing, they were really good with dad (Jacob Rodriguez), he loved all the staff, anything we/he needed they were there, staff would joke with dad and dad would joke back, we will forever be greatful for the love and care dad received, it's still hard to believe he's gone, again, THANK YOU ALL FOR THE CARE AND LOVE DAD RECEIVED" towards the end of Dad's life the staff and others were there for his family, they all checked on us as we sat with dad, the privatecy we received, the group that sang songs, everything we received during dad's passing was priceless, it's been so emotional for us

I can’t say enough good things about valley. All of the staff are hard working and willing to help. It’s kept clean, they offer snacks,<br>Ice water, coffee in a bright lunch area. They are kind to residents. Andrew at admissions was great to work with and helpful. From cleaning staff, cna, nurses and front desk I loved everyone. My stepdad had 2 stays both successfull. And I love Lollie the sweet resident dog 🤍 thank you all

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Staff was great (even when understaffed, they just worked harder) and food was very good! The rooms were being renovated just as I was leaving and looked beautiful. They offered PT/OT 6 days a week which I was very surprised about but very appreciative!

The CNAs and general staff were wonderful, skilled, and took a sincere interest. If that was the only consideration this would be a five-star review. It's not. They're not the ones making decisions and dictating treatment. Suffice it to say that you will never find me, another family member, or anyone else who asks my opinion, anywhere near that facility.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
