After learning about multiple unsafe and unsanitary conditions experienced by my father dating back until July of last year, and after personally experiencing the unprofessional nature of staff and apathetic nature of administration, we have decided to seek services elsewhere.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE.<br><br>I’ve heard multiple comments from residents there about the terrible staffing, slow response to resident needs (toileting, etc.) and a lack of communication from staff to both families and residents.

This place is complete crap. I wouldn't even put my dog in there. Not one person there seems to care about the wellbeing of their occupants. They took very poor care of my relative and wouldn't listen to her needs. They bill you incorrectly and lose a lot of information you give them.
