My dad was in this nursing home. It was a miserable 2 months. From his clothes disappearing, not getting enough to drink, not having help to get to the bathroom, and the dr. waiting to long to find out he had blockages in his legs. The office personnel isn't available on a daily basis. The director's of nursing will make a plan to supposedly make things better but that plan isn't followed through. If your family member needs a lot of help I suggest going else where. If they can speak up for their self and feed their self it may work. They are on the ball when it's time to take them out for their smoke breaks or if it's evening snack time. But if my dad needed the bathroom they would walk all around him. I was there every day. I saw for myself. The experience here just added to the grief of losing my dad.

We are pleased to have our loved one in Crestwood Ridge care, and thankful for all the staff members who have been so helpful and patient. It helps to know he is in their care as we can no longer be his caregiver, special people in this profession no doubt.

My brother is in this facility and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to help him. So far been trying for close to 3 months and no one will return my call. In fact called several times today and no one has gotten back with me. So wondering how the patients get treat when nobody is there… Little frustrated at this point…

The staff at Crestwood Ridge are among the most caring, compassionate staff I have ever encountered! My disabled sister has been in assisted living for the past 20 years. This is the second facility who actually go above and beyond for her! They are working with her to get her to be more self-sufficient and are also providing physical therapy for her. Even though she may never be able to walk again, or even be able to manuever herself in a wheelchair, I am so thankful and appreciative to all of the staff who demonstrate a real love and caring for all of their patients. They really do go the extra mile in what must be one of the most difficult and under-appreciated jobs out there! Thank you so much to the most caring staff who go above and beyond for their patients!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
