  I seen a resident there. Which I have not been to this place in 7 years. I was a bit upset with her care. There was paper used towels tooth paste and other trash things that weren’t cleaned up. Plus when to bathroom to throw things out n the toilet was horrible. They brought food in and no one helped her with anything there. She requested pain meds and I waited an hour no one got them or water she requested. Other wise our visit was great

  The staff on the first floor is absolutely wonderful. They take pride in doing a great job. My mother is well taken care of. They are very attentive to all of the residents from what I observed. They don't make me feel like I am bothering them Whenever I have any questions or concerns about my mother. My mom recently passed. I can't say enough about the excellent care my mother received from all of the staff members especially on the first floor. I and my family appreciate all of you. I know the job you do is not easy, but I'm glad there are people such as you all that does this kind of work to give myself and others that need placement for their love ones peace of mind. Thank you! Thank you !! Thank you!!!.
