This establishment is in a deplorable state. The facility is infested with bedbugs and roaches, and the staff is severely understaffed. It is evident that the residents are not being adequately cared for. There are insufficient activities available for their entertainment, and the food quality is unacceptable. Under the new supervisor, I would not hesitate to send my dog to stay there.

My mom was admitted here for an extensive amount of time due to falls and other health concerns. She was cared for and really loved the staff here. The activities here are the absolute best!

The nurses were awful to my family member. I will be contacting HR, health department and other agencies and even possibly an attorney YES an attorney. I will not go in to detailed information but I got solid proof of certain things. So called “case management “ kept my family members way over short term to eat up her medical insurance. Being my family member is up in age and I’m her legal caregiver, they were steadily thinking they could quote on quote basically play and fool me. They were giving my family member god knows what medication wrong ones or extra ones illegally causing my family member to get awful side effects and not feeling right. Her normal at home medications and hospital discharge to this short term facility does NOT cause these side effects or her feeling super doped up or drowsy and dizzy and feeling really off and “funny”. It is also notated again I have solid evidence some of the nurses there do in fact steal narcotic medication from patients there. It was well seen with my own eyes, and solid evidence they do in fact neglect the elderly permanent and or long term residents. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY MEMEBERS GO HERE OR GO HERE YOURSELF FOR SNY REASON. They are in the process of physically only appearance only under construction inside like updating their inside physical features such as painting etc. I’m assuming for show. This is not a threat but this is being taken and going to be handled with solid evidence through every higher up person. And I will make sure these specific a lot of nurses so called case management case workers etc the list goes on faces consequences.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
