So my dad has been here over a year now and for the most part the staff has been ok and friendly but I have noticed a few things that are concerning. Several times I have called a resident would pick up the phone,I have been hung up on when asking to speak with management.I have asked about information about his Dr appointments and little information is given as they don't know much and are not much help. You have to stay on top of them to get things done as calls or text returns are forgotten and you could be waiting for a long time to here anything back. You can tell who is there for only a pay check and those that care.

I have 2 sisters at this facility and I am so happy they both are here. The level of comfort, care and yes, even love that they experience is above board. And if I can single out one lady, Tamra is just a prime example of what I am talking about. She goes the extra mile…gives the added touch that turns this “facility” into their “home.”

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
