They treated my grandmother with poorly care. They did not treat her right. They made her have a power blockage is that horrible nursing home I wish this don’t happen way but it did

After dealing with a couple of bad places, I could not be happier with a home for my loved one, especially the memory care hallway. The nurses, aids, and staff are amazing. They always keep me informed and go above and beyond in their level of care. It is further from my home than I wanted, but the distance is totally worth the peace of mind I am able to have, now. I especially love that the memory care ladies are completely separate from the males. That little thing makes a HUGE difference in the environment and overall wellbeing of all the patients and for the families, especially with memory care patients.
The administration and business offices are all frinedly and really good at their jobs. They help make a difficult transition as easy as possible by walking with you through the entire process- from admission paperwork to filing mediacre applications and understanding benifits and any billing set ups.
They truly care and know how to treat people, and the atmosphere that creates is what speparates them the most from other facilities.

Call was answered by Trevor, I was calling for assistance. He asked me to give him a minute, but instead of helping he hung up me! He could have just asked me to call back on Monday. LAZY, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
