My mom had an excellent experience at Burke Rehab! She is 95 years old and was unable to walk when she arrived after a hospital stay. Six weeks later she was able to return to her assisted living facility. Everyone is very kind and professional. She even liked the food pretty well:) Shout out to PTs Caroline and Rosana, NP Tim, clinical coordinator Abir and all of the aides and support staff who provided great care. She's been to 3 rehabs the past few years and I recommend Burke Rehab. Well done!

My brother was a patient at Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center for about 7 weeks. He spoke highly of the care he received. At the risk of omission, several names come to mind that he mentioned providing excellent care: Nurse Tammy, Dr. Tim, Nurse Park, Nurse Obie, members of the CNA, PT, OT & admintrative teams, and more, I'm sure, are among the unspoken heroes who are responsible for his rehabilitation & discharge to independent living.

Rehabilitation is fabulous. Great gym and equipmemt and staff are outstanding. Would certainly recommend the rehab as related to my wife's rehab. However, skilled nursing is slightly above average. Friendly but seem at times under staffed.

The social worker, nurse practitioner and charge nurse all have just been cruel and do not care for the elderly in their care. Who is in charge of patient care? Why is this concern normal in here. Is there any one in charge to be held accountable for care? This is our senior population, do they deserve to be treated this poorly. She had an accident, she doesn’t deserve being punished for not being able to feed herself or not able to bathe herself. This is disgraceful. Tell me what are we to do?? We just want to get her healthy and back home. Sincerely, A concerned family

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
