I have been very pleased with Chase City Rehab. The staff is upbeat, which makes a lot of difference in the atmosphere. It feels like a positive place to be. The medical team checks and rechecks my mother's condition to be sure she is improving. The PT and OT staff are goals driven, and have kept me posted as to my mother's progress. I feel like some skilled care facilities show one face to the visitors and another to the clients; I have heard the staff at CC interact with the residents and I believe their treatment is consistent across the board, and not just for show. But what has most boosted my confidence is the consistency with which the staff communicates with me. I am kept in the loop when it comes to the health and wellbeing of my loved one.

When our family was faced with an unexpected emergency regarding my aunt, Chase City Rehab was there for us in every way possible. From the moment we reached out, the staff moved quickly, professionally, and with genuine compassion to make sure my aunt was safe, comfortable, and cared for. In a time of uncertainty and stress, their team provided not just medical support, but emotional support as well.. We were never made to feel like a burden instead, we were met with kindness, patience, and understanding. I can’t express how much it meant to us to have such a caring group of professionals step in and help during a difficult time. They truly went above and beyond, and we are forever grateful for the comfort and peace of mind they provided when we needed it most. Highly recommended to any family in need of compassionate, fast, and professional care.

From the moment I made initial contact with Chase City Health and Rehab for my father-in-laws care to the moment he was discharged, we had a fantastic experience. The admissions staff was helpful and accommodating with his intake (even working us in after hours) and the nursing staff treated him like family. His PT and OT were great about giving us updates and answering all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this facility for rehabilitative care for a loved one.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
