October 2025 if your loved one can't tell you whats going on, don't put them in this location. My mom began in rehab for 6 weeks, they were not helping her eat or even setting up her meal wherein she could reach the food and never opened anything although tbey knew she was n I t eating and it continued inro nursing home aide. No oral car, no hair combing, no face washing or hand washing at all, so the other areas were non existent as far as care goes. Had to pay home help aidea to come in and try to help with the basics. The facility accepted payment from insurance and still took moms social security check for months even after she passed.. Still get a bill almost nine months after she passed dor the entire month of March although she passed away on the 1st.. Original review in March follows.... They provided a small amount of care, never oral care, hair combing, face washing, or hand and foot care. They did not do any feeding, just sat tray in the room, didn't even open items on tray.
