  They never notified me of my mother’s discharge, and then let a 79 year-old woman with dementia take a taxi home. Yikes on so, so many levels.

  This place isn't deaf friendly for deaf patients with dementia and my roommate are friend this patients since their childhood and this place are neglect, poor communication, helpless due to being deaf, poor food,, not provide the meds on time.. and threat will kick out of one more when this patients had frustrating with staff and lack of communication and all.. then where will go other place next cuz this patients required have a cat to have her emotion comfortable..<br><br>This place aren't most definitely recommended and nothing but got my roommate stress cuz seem like have to go back her house and she already had stress with her for a year B4 moved in your building..<br><br>You managements, staffs should be better than that.. she is deaf and deminta can't help with it..

  Absolutely garbage. No air conditioners in their rooms. Severally understaffed. Didnt read patient care plan

  Staff has been fabulous! Physical and occupational therapists have been great, always making sure they put my spouse through the paces 6 days a week. Everyone really goes out of their way to help out and accommodate. Excellent care for the short term rehab we needed.

  My Auntie was at Edenbrook 2months.this place is very negligent,very poor care. We were told after my Auntie fell 5xs that she is independent which is false part of the reason she was there. We expressed many times we thought she had a uti or displaying stroke symptoms they dismissed any of our concerns refused to get urine sample so we brought her to ER diagnosed with a severe uti and new spot on brain possible mini stroke. The place is nasty disgusting they do not clean at all. Several times daily my Auntie would have to wait more then 30min to get assistance. The staff is horrible, director very unprofessional. Hope they will be shut down after state has been notified!!!
