  If your loved one goes to the hospital, good luck getting ahold of anyone to get paperwork. Nobody wants to answer the phones. They are over worked and understaffed. Please get some workers that actually care. I only gave it a one star because I wouldn't have been able to post a review.

  Everything the reviews have said are accurate. This place is terrible. Our lived one has gone downhill since being here. The staffing is terrible and the care is even worse. It’s dirty, the food is bad, the staff might be trying their best but they can’t keep up. Do not send anyone you care about here. If negative star rating was an option I would choose it.

  First of all, I sincerely apologize to the residents who live here. I came to make a delivery through DoorDash, and oh my goodness there was absolutely no help at the front desk. People were just walking in and out with no guidance. I went upstairs to the nursing station, and again, no assistance. The residents looked confused and helpless. Whoever is in charge really needs to get things in order. The place felt more like a jail than a care facility

  I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have to experience the stupid choices of the management team at this wholly dysfunctional facility. Nurses who have patient loads of 40! Nurses aides are used as food service runners and going to the local market to get milk and butter for breakfast after breakfast has been served. The food is sickening. I lost 40 pounds in 4 weeks. The food is inedible and dinner consists of a mystery meat slider on a small styrofoam plate and that's it. Lunches were heartier but still vomit/inducing.<br><br>No two staffers have the same answer to any question ever EVER! Is this decaf coffee? Yes it's all we serve! Is this decaf coffee? No we don't have any decaf NONE! Stay away from Aria and others managed by the same company- don't let your loved ones step a foot in the door to this hell on earth!!!!!
