My mother became a resident of Southpointe in late summer of 2025. The entire staff at Southpointe has been a godsend throughout this entire process. Especially Charmice in the front offices, Peter in the memory care area, Tiffany at the front desk, and nurses Jenna and Lisa just to name a few. Without their help and compassion, I do not know how we could have navigated through this new chapter in my mother's life. It was not easy for my mother to accept this as her new reality at first, but is now again smiling, laughing and making friends again. Thank you to everyone at Southpointe.

Southpointe Healthcare Center in Greenfield, WI continues to provide quality care for their residents! As a pastoral care chaplain, I have visited patients and their caregivers, I know in the community within the last 7 years, including today. Whether long term care, memory care, or short term rehabilitations for patients, the leadership and staff employed provide compassionate, genuine care in all aspects of services. At Southpointe I enjoy interacting with the facility staff who care for their patients.
