I visit many facilities in the area and always appreciate my visits at Menomonee Falls Health Services. The administrator Kari and SW Madeline are amazing to work with and they go above and beyond for the community. Their dedication does not go unnoticed. The nurses are compassionate and you can tell they prioritize great patient care. Very welcoming care facility!

We enjoyed our visits to this clean facility with a most friendly staff and their residents. We have been able to bring our toy poodle puppy, Beau, in for visits and he enjoys the staff and residents as well. We are so encouraged by the personal interest the staff takes in their residents.

My brother-in-law lived here for just over a year before passing away last month. The staff here were so very kind to him. Malika, the social development director, took the time to develop some activities around his love for the US Air Force and all things Volkswagen! Shout outs to the PT department for keeping a close watch on his lymphedema, Mary for keeping his appointments at the VA scheduled with transportation vans, Deb the office manager for keeping track of his spending money, and all the nurses, aides, kitchen and cleaning staff for the tremendous work you do! Also a thank you to Maddy, the social worker, whose kindness extended not only to my family member but to me as I navigated the difficult decisions of his care. Again, thank you to all. My only recommendation would be for all department phones to be set up with voice mail.<br>Karen B.

I have a unique perspective concerning MFHS. My Mom has been a resident here for almost three years, and she really loves it. I would visit her every week, and I was pleased with the care she was receiving. Then, in March, I had a serious health issue, and spent over two weeks in the ICU. When I was told that I needed therapy to help me fully recover, I knew exactly where to go. Everyone from management, nurses, CNA’s, activities director, social services director, and therapy have all been amazing. I have decided that it is best for me to stay here permanently and I know both my mom and I are in good hands.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
