The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, treating residents and families with genuine care and respect. I asked for physical assistance (not feeling well), and I was denied and told to assist myself. I attempted to get to bed myself. Being weak and shaky I collapsed to the floor. I was left laying on the floor for than 1/2 hour even though I called out many times.
