My sister, Gerry, was a patient for a little over a year. The care and attention she received was wonderful, She and I were thankful everyday that we were able to move her to this facility. Josh and Jo were always ready to answer my questions and follow up on her care. The art projects and her time playing bingo made her so happy. They amount of caring shown on the day of her passing was amazing. Thank you from bottom of my heart-Sandi Powell

I had a nice group of people who helped me during my stay. The activities were enjoyable by Kelly, Terra, and Tracy. They really showed how much they cared for the clients. Love my bingo. Enjoyed Christmas party. The aides were good too. Want to give a big shout out to Kevin, Julie, Jenny and the other aides. Sometimes it took awhile but for the most part they were a big help. I think they need more aides. They have to many to take care of and they try hard to do there best. Pt and Ot were good. Bri and the other nurses were attentive and good. Some of the meds took awhile to be delivered. Got a bit frustrated with that. Everyone was friendly and acknowledged you when you walked down or wheeled down the hallways. I would recommend this place for rehab and nursing home. Enjoyed meeting the people who are residents there. They seem happy. Thank you for all you do.

I was a patient in their rehab from November 7- December 20. The therapies I received there were OUTSTANDING! They worked with me almost every day of the week & made the process so much fun too! I would like to extend a big huge THANK YOU to Zach, Courtney, Sarah, Nikki, & Kathy of the Physical therapy & Occupational therapy departments. Also to Brian & Abby Speech therapy. I also would like to mention Kelly, Terra & Tracy of the Activities department. They were AWESOME too! Lastly, I need to mention the Nursing Staff. Days: Heidi RN & Chelsea RN. PMs: Allison RN Nights: Gail RN & Beth RN. Klarissa CNA, Ashley CNA & Brie CNA. All of these ladies went above & beyond the for me. The genuinely cared & took the time out to just talk to me when I needed it. Each one of these people deserves recognition. 💜💜💜 THANK YOU 💜💜💜

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
